Members can join either online or by downloading a form. To complete the form online, please click below. Once submitted, you will be emailed and invoice to pay online or you can choose to pay your dues through the website using the button below.
If you download the form, please complete the application then email or mail back to the museum.
To complete your membership application online, use the “DUES PAYMENT” button above after submitting your application to pay your dues. Be sure to add a dues amount for each member on your form!
